How We Work
We work with an individualized approach that is sensitive to the needs of our patients and their families. Our palliative care process follows a comprehensive plan to meet the physical, emotional and social needs of the patient.
Here is our service process;

Initial Contact and Consulting
During the first contact with our patients or their families, we collect information about the patient's information, general health status and needs. In this step, we try to understand their palliative care needs by providing a free consultation service.

Personalized Care Plan
As a result of the evaluations, a care plan appropriate to the patient's individual needs is created. This plan includes pain management, symptom relief, psychological support, nutrition, and other special treatment needs. The patient and family are informed about the care plan and their approval is obtained.

Situation Assessment

Bakımın Başlatılması
Services such as treatment practices, symptom-relieving treatments and psychological support are initiated to improve the patient's daily quality of life. Continuous counseling and support are provided to the patient and family, and if necessary, spiritual guidance and social workers are involved.

Continuous Monitoring and Support
By staying in constant communication with the patient and their family, they are informed about the treatment process and their needs are immediately intervened. The patient and their family are provided with support and guidance throughout the process and the most appropriate care is provided to their needs.
